Scientific EditorsDecisions on acceptance or rejectance of papers are made by the scientific editors. These areEditor-in-Chief Peter Harremoës Associate Editors Each of these is specialized in a topic and make decisions on this topic except if the paper is submitted for a special issue. The associated editors also act substitutes of the editor-in-chief in case of vacation. We have just started using associated editors (June 2010) but in the near future we will have associated editors to cover the most important topics in the scoop of the journal. Narayana Santhanam Information theory and signal processing. Guest editors Each guest editor is in charge of a special issue of Entropy. The guest editor describes the scoop of the special issue and decides if the paper falls within the scoop. Editorial officeThese are employed by MDPI and take care of all administration. They are normally involved in several journals. Most of them have a degree in science but some have a different education.
